The ONE thing Medium is missing for me

You know the drill, you are surging towards 100 followers and beyond (not quite infinity but you know what I mean) and suddenly, despite your best endeavors, you start *gasp* to lose followers.
That sucks. It’s life.
Do you know what would make a super-effective tool as you seek to dig into your growth factors? To quickly see who it was that unfollowed you and, what the last article of yours they opened before they sailed off into the sunset.
Or, does it already exist and I have missed it?
So, what features would YOU like to see added to Medium?
