Thinking over breakfast this morning about how sloooooowww QC is being developed, compared to AI, my Frosties looked back at me and said “What happens though when QC and AI, specifically ML get it on?”. Well ok, maybe it was the sugar rush but can you imagine the possibilities…?

Here are my sugar-laden thoughts on how QC will change AI, specifically Machine Learning…for the better…

  1. One of the main ways in which QC is expected to change machine learning is by enabling more powerful and efficient algorithms. Quantum computers have the ability to perform certain types of computations significantly faster than classical computers, which could make it possible to solve machine-learning problems that are currently too complex or time-consuming for classical computers to handle. This could lead to more advanced and effective machine learning systems, with applications in a wide range of fields.
  2. Quantum machine learning algorithms have the potential to learn more quickly and accurately than classical algorithms. This is because quantum computers can store and process large amounts of data simultaneously, whereas classical computers must process data sequentially. This could allow quantum machine learning algorithms to learn from more data in less time, leading to more accurate and…
