Love this article and thanks for the spreadsheet! One of the barriers I have both experienced myself and seen a lot in others if FEAR of assumptions being tested and found to be wanting. The willingness to face up to that probability and to avoid unconscious (or conscious!) bias in weighting the outcomes or data that feeds into the assumptive analysis is in itself a challenge ;) Great post, thanks for sharing.
