It does feel like hyperautomation is more of a destination than a technology. Your typical DMS has most of that, integarting ML and RPA components are something a lot of businesses can do but, with hyperautomation comes a constant desire to "repaint the bridge". Interesting to see where RPA goes and where it blurs the lines into other areas of more "organisational embedded" automation such as ECM/DMS. Good article, thanks :)
