Nearly-Monday musings.

As a digitalisation and business transformation expert and someone who currently works at the sharp end of the junction of ECM and AI I’m (naturally) really excited when I consider what is coming down the line regarding AI, Business and traditional computing. I wanted to take a slightly deeper dive and explore the imminent advancements in AI and their potentially profound impact on various business domains.

Over the next few years we are poised to witness a remarkable evolution in how organisations leverage this technology, particularly in relation to how it will literally transform “traditional” organisational functions and performance.

Now I don’t know about you but I HATE dealing with chat bots when I am trying to connect with a business to find out more information. I just feel cheated and cheapened, as if I am just not worth anything to them, that is unless I am told up front that I am not talking with a human. Now of course, we can’t escape the inevitable rise of AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants which are already revolutionising customer service as much I don’t like them, looking ahead, we’ll see these intelligent systems become even more sophisticated, anticipating customer needs and proactively offering tailored solutions.
