A lot of conversations I have had with business leaders in the last few years have mostly revolved around the fine-tuning of existing processes to meet "standard" KPIs rather than stepping back periodically and asking "if we were to do this from scratch with what we now know, how would we do it" which is very useful reflective practice that doesn't ahve to be overly intensive. When working on digital strategies it helps to reassess the viability of the underlying processes in relation to the actual business focus, after all automating failing or inefficient processes somethings just speeds up the inefficiencies or failures. Great series of articles, thanks!
